Mahinder holds a Masters in Business Administration.

He has an extensive background in the financial sector. He began his career at HSBC Bank, where he specialized in both Retail and Corporate Lending.

This experience equipped him with a deep understanding of the banking industry and the diverse financial needs of businesses.

Since 1999, Mahinder has been the driving force behind MD Capital BHD, a non-bank lender dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Under his leadership, the company has grown, providing tailored financial solutions that empower businesses to thrive and contribute to their communities.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mahinder is committed to community service. He has actively served numerous Sikh societies.

Currently, he holds the position of Treasurer for the Shamshan Bhoomi Society, where he plays a role in managing financial affairs.
